Girl and Pokemon for Illustrious

A composition tag which helps to reinforce the concept of drawing a girl and a Pokemon together. Don't use this for anything that isn't canon! Give it less weight to make it take a cold shower.

Introduces 1poke, 2pokes, 3pokes, multiple pokes, as composition tags and can handle the scope of proportion with bigpoke and smallpoke.

At the moment, "smallpoke" is a bit biased towards Pikachu from the training data and I'll correct this in the future.
