Model description
Shina the Leopard from the Bloody Roar game series. Her character is also known as "Marvel" in the Japanese version. She has the ability to undergo a "Beast Change" into a leopard woman. This LoRA is inspired by the one created by BublesExplosion. Please check out their work!
For the LoRA, I trained three forms: Shina's normal human form, her full Leopard beast form, and a "halfway" transformed version that can be used to create in-betweens for transformation sequences (or if you just want a slightly more feminized version of her beast change). In the games she cuts directly from human to fully transformed with no in-between stages - this is something I invented purely for the LoRA.
UPDATE - 30 January 2025 - Added Illustrious Version
Suggested strength: 0.7 - 0.9 (it's usually not necessary to run it at full strength, since it's trained to 3060 steps on a dataset of 153 images).
PLEASE READ BEFORE USING:
You'll need to prompt carefully to get the appearance you want. There are three "main" triggers:
sh1n4norm - this is her human form.
sh1n4half - this is the "half transformed" appearance. Still has hair and only a slightly animalistic face. Clothes are worn tighter to suggest slightly increased body mass and she has leopard coloration on her body, a tail, and clawed feet.
sh1n4full - this is the fully transformed appearance similar to the game. No hair and her head is very animalistic. She is even more muscular and clothes are worn much tighter. If you prompt "torn clothes" they'll be strategically ripped. In the game her breasts seem to actually get smaller in beast form. My preference is for the opposite effect, so my LoRA makes her breasts significantly larger the more animalistic she gets. If you want to replicate the game appearance, just prompt "small breasts"
I trained five costumes from the games, and she can wear them in any of the three forms (over 15 possible combinations!) In order to accomplish this, you'll need to prompt individual garments - I didn't create a trigger for entire outfits in order to minimize bleedover. The LoRA knows which garments normally go together, though, so it'll usually fill in the blanks if you prompt a couple pieces from the same outfit.
Don't prompt boots on either of the cat forms (she's barefooted in them) and in general only prompt boots for full body shots. You can do some limited mix-and-match (for example, you can leave off the blue jacket for Outfit 1 and she'll just wear the shirt). The red shirt has "KMF" printed on it (just like in the game) - but if you have trouble getting the letters to appear, I recommend doing a second pass on her chest with Inpainting.
Outfit 1: blue jacket, red kmf shirt, blue pants, blue boots, fingerless gloves, blue bracers, blue greaves, belt, midriff
Outfit 2: white crop top, green pants, denim shorts, fingerless gloves, belt, midriff
Outfit 3: brown leather bra, green pants, brown boots, belt
Outfit 4: black crop top, silver tights (human only), white shorts (beast only), white leggings (beast only), silver thighhighs (human only)
Outfit 5: teal spandex top, teal thighhighs, teal boots
Miscellaneous notes:
To reinforce game hairstyle for human and halfway forms, you can prompt: spikey hair, bangs
If you prefer more bestial eye appearance for full leopard mode, try prompting: gold sclera
To reinforce the tail and claws for halfway and full leopard modes, try: leopard tail, claws
