Hiroi Kikuri (from Bocchi the Rock) Illustrious

So, there's at least four final LoRAs I'll make for this year that are non commissioned: three of which are the final three Pony Kancolle LoRAs I'll make and this one.

The reason why it's just Illustrious and not also Pony? Because there's at least three others that are Pony but not one Illustrious.
