Kind of a strange style to deal with, but request is a request.
Anyways, the main tag is by_virus20, but you should add some extra tags like: obese, fat, chubby (and facesitting ;3) to enhance output.
There was a bit too much pictures with artist tags on them, I suggest you to add: text, English text, watermark, artist name.
