x16 Upscaler

Load your image, set upscaler. Each upscaler can go a max of x8. With 2 upscalers you can do a max total of x16 upscale. Ran a 1024x1024 at x12 gave me the resolution of 32768 x 32768. Didn't use much vram. I think it used 1.9gb
