Yeah, I guess my new bake settings is functionally perfect for how I use it. Which is fortunate because I figured out what was wrong with my 4090 PC that make it completely unusable was that when I updated the Bios it set my bios settings to a completely unstable overclock. I was terrified that my 4090 was completely ruined already, but it turns out it was just the bios settings. So I guess we're back in business and better than ever before.

Works perfect at a strength of 1.
