Tutu's HiSilk 8D Black Glossy Over-Knee Socks LoRA

This is a black HiSilk LoRA for 8D glossy over-knee socks / thigh-high stockings. It focuses on the oil-shiny black nylon texture, the long stocking shape, and the clear separation between the stocking top and the thigh. It is different from a full pantyhose LoRA: the upper edge and the over-knee structure are part of the visual identity.

Why I made this LoRA

Many black hosiery LoRAs mix together pantyhose, stockings, socks, different thicknesses, different gloss levels, and different shooting styles. Once those details are mixed, the model becomes harder to control. Sometimes the texture appears, but the shoes are damaged. Sometimes the stockings look black, but the glossy surface disappears. Sometimes the model turns everything into full pantyhose when you actually want over-knee socks.

This LoRA was made for a narrower target: 8D black glossy over-knee stockings. It uses real-shot material and a difference-extraction workflow, so the file can stay small while still carrying the useful texture. The point is not to make every image darker. The point is to add the right nylon shine and stocking structure where it belongs.

Recommended settings

  • Recommended weight: 0.5 to 1.5. Start from around 0.8, then adjust.
  • If the stocking texture is too weak, raise the weight slowly.
  • If shoes, clothing, or skin tone begin to shift, lower the weight first.
  • Use clear legwear words instead of relying on weight alone.
  • Do not overload negative prompts. Too many negatives can suppress the texture this LoRA is trying to add.

Training and production notes

This model was made from high-definition real-shot material. I used a differential extraction method because I do not want the LoRA to learn too much irrelevant information from the source images. Clothing LoRAs often become inconvenient when they learn the original background, pose, shoes, or lighting together with the target material.

For this one, the target is the glossy black stocking surface and the over-knee shape. That means the model should pay attention to the material and the stocking boundary, but avoid forcing a fixed outfit, fixed pose, or fixed composition. This is also why the weight can be relatively high, but it still needs to be tested with your base model.

In practice, the most important test is not whether one sample looks beautiful. The important test is whether the LoRA remains usable across different characters, different shoes, different poses, and different prompts. A legwear LoRA that only works in one exact pose is not good enough for daily use.

Difference extraction, in plain language

A normal LoRA learns directly from images, so it may also learn unwanted things from those images. Difference extraction tries to keep the useful difference and remove more of the unrelated pollution. For a material-focused LoRA, this matters a lot: the model should learn the glossy black stocking texture, not the whole photograph.

This is why the LoRA is small but still useful. The small size comes from focusing the model on the material difference instead of carrying unnecessary style noise.

Usage tips

  • Use the main trained word together with ordinary tags like black thighhighs or over-knee socks.
  • Describe the outfit clearly if you want the stocking top to stay visible.
  • Use camera distance and pose words if the legs are too small in the frame.
  • Lower the weight if the model starts affecting shoes or turning the whole legwear into pantyhose.

FAQ

Why can I not generate the exact same picture as your examples?

Base model, sampler, seed, VAE, WebUI version, plugins, LoRA order, and other LoRA weights can all change the final image. Please do not chase an identical picture. Use the LoRA to create your own best result.

What should I do if a large mosaic or broken texture appears after increasing the weight?

Lower this LoRA weight first. If you are using many LoRAs together, lower the other LoRA weights too. You can also try LoRA Block Weight or switch sampler/base model.

Why does it sometimes become pantyhose instead of over-knee socks?

Because many base models strongly associate black hosiery with pantyhose. Add black thighhighs, over-knee socks, visible stocking top, and bare thighs to guide the shape.
