After Vaginal Xray

1. Remove schlongs from vaginal x-ray/cross-section regions (even when penis is in the prompt)

2. Remove the "ejaculation spray" effect that usually comes with the internal_cumshot tag

As a side-effect it also tends to make wieners flaccid.
