Haruno Kue - Chained Soldier

Haruno Kue is a former member of the 7th Unit.

Haruno is a woman with long hair done up in a braided ponytail. While on duty, she is seen wearing a uniform of Anti Demon Corps.

This one was pretty tough, there are only a handful of images in the manga. If she shows up again, I'll likely retrain the lora
