tvange365 put out a really good tutorial on how to make quick Embedding files at https://civitai.com/articles/9565/5-second-embeddings-and-how-to-make-them.

I have been making hundreds of embeddings since reading that article, and playing with the concepts and parameters. This particular Embedding generated a gorgeous blonde hair blue eyed beauty, and I named her "DorothyBenton".
