Rex: Delinquent Redneck V2

Rex V2. The first version was quite finicky and needed a bit of tweaking, which I assume was due to it being trained with Clip Skip 2 instead of 1 (this was the case). At the default weight of 1, it works perfectly fine! This is a realistic LORA, so anime styles may clash, but experiment and try out different things. Also, Troy's best friend.
