Astraea from Sora no Otoshimono/Heaven's Lost Property. Trained on Illustrious-XL. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "astra3a" and "blonde hair, very long hair, low twintails, red eyes, wing hair ornament" is mandatory.

Add "collar, blue bustier, cleavage, midriff, blue skirt, pleated skirt, bracers, bare shoulders, white wings" for her typical look.
Replace "bare shoulders" with "shoulder armor" to generate her shoulder armor.
