I do not know if the base models is SDXL or Pony, but it works on Pony.
It can be used to generate a penis-focus image or used in normal portraits. It can be used on mature or old males as well, maybe even on futanari but I have never tried.

"Might want to avoid prompt words like "full body" or you might get less detail in the penis since the training images I used are very close up images, however, if you fool around with "from below pov" or "from above pov" you will get some better angles and sometimes full body."
