black heart or noire have many different clothes and the base model is not good at making those clothes. this lora is made to make it easier to accurately make those clothes.
use blacktwintails76 to get the twin tail version and and blackangel76 to get one with the angel wings and halo.
if you are not able to make those clothes, than try to not use noire or black heart in the prompt.
