Tulip from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Trained on Illustrious-XL. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "pmTlp" and "dark-skinned female, purple hair, wavy hair, medium hair, brown eyes, eyelashes" is mandatory.

Add "earrings, purple lipstick, two-tone dress, short sleeves, lavender skirt, high heels" for her typical look.
