[Capcom] Li-Fen Character (Street Fighter 6) Illustrious

The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Was made with roughly 20 screenshots from ingame footage/cutscenes pulled from youtube, couldn't really get any good images off google or any doujins, I assume it's a new character. Only really comes out vaguely like the character in my opinion at a strength of 1, but is likely the best I can currently do until there's more fanart or offical materials.
