Fast Latent Decoder for ComfyUI (SDXL)

Based off of https://twitter.com/Birchlabs/status/1604661680142553088, this includes a model and a ComfyUI node that allows you to quickly preview SDXL latents. Much faster (but also much less accurate) than the actual SDXL 1.0 VAE.
