MGE Manticore and Jabberwock

This version improves pretty much everything attempted in V2.0, and splits the jabberwock from the manticore. Clothing is accurate, the tail is now controlled separately from the "tail-pussy" to some extent, and the texture of the said tail-pussy is far more consistent with the addition of "flesh-brush".
