1.0 strength is fine, 0.9 if you want to do wacky shit like vampirism and bimbofication and such.
Her default look is that she's 43, has medium-length blonde hair, and green eyes. Sometimes you have to prompt those if the prompt is a little strong in other areas (i.e., you want her to be Wonder Woman but with blonde hair,not black), but they're not mandatory.
