Lambda from The Eminence in Shadow. Trained on Illustrious-XL. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Trigger word is "sdl4mbda" and "dark-skinned female, white hair, hair between eyes, ponytail, very long hair, orange eyes, pointy ears, one eye closed" is required.

Add "peaked cap, black hat, black jacket on shoulders, gold trim, cleavage, black dress, belt, black pants" for her typical look.
