Your "mushroom" will be replaced by some Lentinula fungi(xianggu香菇 in Chinese, including the one named shiitake椎茸 in Japanese).

Unstable.

If you want to generate mushroom girl, you may get Lentinula only in some case (about 1 of 3 cases, my test).
