Pepper is a furry OC own by the artist Puppkittyfan1. The artist also goes by Wolfertinger since the artist was in a lot of internet controversially back then and came back with a rebrand and new name. This character's OC is trained under their art style that they had in the past before coming back as Wolfertinger.
