Anko Mitarashi from Naruto. Trained on NAI. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Trigger word is "mitarashi anko".
Add "forehead protector, necklace, trenchcoat, mesh top, mesh shorts, orange skirt" for her regular look.
