Redo of an earlier attempt to make a Lora that allows for the restraint of biceps under chains and bands and breaking them.

This was trained on a minimum number of photos (the subject matter is depressingly rare). Seems like it needs to be set around 1.20 and you get better results with the chains rather than the straps.
