Snake Wyrmclan Leader from Dragalia Lost. I opted for the name "Kicho" because that name was dropped in Izumo's adventurer story. Kicho (also called "Nōhime") was Nobunaga's wife She's usually portrayed as an assassin/spy and, therefore, an expert in poisons, hence her relation with snakes.
