Apparently Silverfox442 designed this character in collaboration with Merunyaa which sounds really cool. I think it would be so awesome to have an OC designed with the guiding eye of an expert like Merunyaa.

Vigil is the third child of the ruling family of a city-state-turned-kingdom, and a bit of a prodigy compared to her older brothers. She's always a bit cool and aloof, though rarely with ill-intent. She can, however, be rather scathing when the time calls for it, and occasionally can get overconfident and end up in over her head. Still, her mother being a paladin has instilled a good many principles in her, especially the ideas of noblesse oblige and the like. She also enjoys playing the role of a prince, rather than a princess, and while not actively attracted to girls still enjoys making them swoon for her in a duel, or tricking people with her androgyny. Though by the time she's in her late teens, she's starting to get a bit fed up with the fact that she's not filling out as much as she would like XD
