Character LoRA for Koito Ashiharatsumori from Project KV, a cancelled franchise led by some former BA staff, supposedly taken down by Nexon due some Korean legislation perks, but I've not seen nothing official on this actually.

Too bad because fanarts gave her an unexpected chill aura instead of sheer tsun rage her Taiga/Shana-like design would suggest. Model has some polka-dot underwear data so I've included in prompts as well.
