Base model i merged my loras into:WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL: /model/827184?modelVersionId=1410435

The loras merged into it are either retro or neon stuff with some cyberpunk stuff.

if you dont like the purple raining effect just write rain in the negative prompt
