[Powfooo] Behind the Scenes Comic Style Illustrious

The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Works well at a strength of 1-3.

Sort of trying out new baking settings again, I won't post anything that doesn't work, but this model is a little unusual as it works across a wide range of strength, and I'd say it's closest to how it should look at around 2.5 strength, which is very strange, but I guess it doesn't matter too much since it still works. It's a curious thought though if I accidentally found a way to 'dilute' the strength of models, because that would make future goober style mash ups vastly more viable.
