From my experimenting, for best results, use the positive prompt:

numbnutus, score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, #girls, #boys, insert rest here

and negative:

score_6, score_5, score_4, source_cartoon, 3d, (censor),monochrome,blurry, lowres,watermark, artist signature, twitter username, artist_name

But YMMV, so see what works best for you! If you're getting blank pupils, try adding an eye color to your prompt.
