ADetailer is highly recommended. Some stucking to certain scenarious occur sometimes, but it might me my universal prompt. Try your own renders and share!

Renders for the 3rd version I've made with my fully updated and reworked universal prompt using Dynamic Prompt. Give much cleaner and detailed look and less artifacts.

Third version is the best in my opinion.
