Half and Half is based from model.ckpt and has been infused with only amazing loras custom made, injected at a low rate. Everything here has been done in order to see if "good hands" could be obtained. Once they were I turn the model slowly to a photorealistic type model. So, this is not a 1.5 base, this is a nai base.
