Tanikaze (Kancolle)

Character LoRA for Kantai Collection's Tanikaze.

I would consider this a 'better than nothing' lora; it makes the character recognisable and promptable in models, but has a fair amount of RNG and is kind of wonky sometimes. But something's better than nothing, right?
