I recommend using lora at 0.8 / 0.9

Then, for the parameters :

30 steps

CFG Scale : between 7 and 10

The most suitable model in my opinion is: /model/288584/autismmix-sdxl

Can generate NSFW and normal images.

There is a margin of error, I didn't always get what I wanted in my tests.
