This is Lilith, a character from the deleted game 7 angels.
This post includes 2 LoRa's:
7 angels game style: Works great with the 7 angels Artstyle LoRa by GreekHobo.
General use for LoRa's: Only keeps Lilith's traits but doesn't keep the style so it works better with other style LoRa's and/or checkpoints.
Recommended strength is 0.9 - 1.
