Kako (Kancolle)

A resoundingly meh character lora of Kako from Kantai Collection.

I would consider this a 'better than nothing' lora; it makes the character (sometimes) recognisable and promptable in models, but has a lot of RNG and is kind of wonky sometimes. But something's better than nothing, right?
