Shauntal from Pokemon Black and White 1 and 2. Trained on Illustrious-XL v0.1. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "pmsntl" and "purple hair, blunt bangs, bob cut, short hair, purple eyes is required.

Add "round glasses, black neck pillow, purple shirt, cleavage, buttons, purple miniskirt, long sleeves, black gloves, elbow gloves, black pantyhose, mary janes" for her typical look.
