A cutting-edge style LoRA trained on the top 1000 most popular CivitAI images (filtered for quality and artistic value) from the last 30 days. It channels community-driven trends to refine your outputs, making them as visually striking as the most-loved masterpieces on CivitAI.

🛠️ How to Use

• No Trigger Words Needed! Just plug it into your workflow.

• Use your normal quality prompts or Skip repetitive prompts and use my LazyPositive/LazyNegative embeddings for instant quality boosts.

• Strength Tips:

  • Default: Strength = 0.4for most workflows. Lower if stacking loras.

  • Subtle Adjustments: Start at 0.2 and build up (see XY plot samples for guidance). Also try without quality prompts too!

📦 Versioning System

• Version Bumps: Only when dataset/training config changes significantly.

• Release Dates: Each version includes 30 days of trending images up to the release date.

• Base model: Lora will be tagged correctly with which base model the lora was trained. There will be many!

  A - All images (no model filter) - released today!

  P - Pony-only models

  PI - Illustrious + Noob + Pony

  I - Illustrious + Noob
  PIF - Illustrious + Noob + Pony + Flux

  IF - Illustrious + Noob + Flux

  PF - Pony + Flux

1. Dataset Hustle 💻

   • Download 1,000+ top-rated CivitAI images monthly (2-3GB raw data).

   • Brutally filter out low-quality/NSFW content—many images don’t make the cut.

2. Manual Perfection 🖌️

   • Split images into “needs work” or “ready” piles.

   • Clean up artifacts in Photoshop for consistency.

   • Hand-tag every image after running it through my tagger—no AI shortcuts .

3. Training Trials 🧪

   • Adjust parameters based on past releases + community feedback.

   • Train for 3-4+ hours per version, with no fixed epoch limit.

   • Test dozens of epochs in TensorBoard to find the “sweet spot” for detail/style balance.

4. Failures & Fixes 🔄

   • If results flop, debug the dataset or retrain with more epochs.

   • Rinse + repeat until it’s flawless .
