Seath the Scaleless (Dark souls) - Pony/Illustrious

It's my favorite dragon from the soul series, Seath the Scaleless! Also yeah, there is a pony version with this one, because I felt like he needed one

Tested strength: 1 [turning it up will keep the lower body more often]

Note: unique design, tentacles, and tail help with the lower body. Also, if you remove those to make him anthro remove frills since it might mistake it for clothes or put clothing in the negative. I have also noticed that using tentacles can sometimes make them appear in the background, try using octopus tentacles and background tentacles in the neg.
