[Malebolgia] Custom Goober 16 Style Illustrious

The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Works well at a strength of .8-1, for most of the previews I think I did .8, but 1 seems fairly fine too. Looks relatively similar to the previous in the series, but produces different results when used in similar ways, especially when combined with other LoRA making significant differences between this and goober 15.
