[IL] Drill Hand Weapon / ドリルハンド

Makes characters wear a drill shaped gauntlet, or replaces their forearm with a drill. Had most of the training data for this saved but never made because I didn’t have enough. Then I found a bunch of new pics for it.

Trigger: do_ri_ru, drill, drill hand
Trained with: huge weapon, dual wielding, left-handed
Negative: two-handed (stops characters from trying to two-hand it)
