Trained using NOOB v-pred 1.0 to improve neon effects in v-pred-related models. (My previous iL version wasn't very effective.)

Features remain the same as before:

• Makes background neon lights more intense.

• Enhances the neon atmosphere surrounding the subject.

Impact prompts will further emphasize these effects—add them based on personal preference.
