Neptune from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series.

Retrained this model like 3 times and finally am happy with the result. Prompting for "nepnep" should get most of the details down however adding "double d-pad clips" and "purple hair" might help too. Weights of 0.75 - 1 work fine.
