Kiwi Nova Fur XL

1 to 1 merge of KiwiMix-XL (V3) and Nova Furry XL (Illustrious v3.0) I did a while ago in Forge as a test. SDXL VAE is baked in.

Don't ask about on-site generation because it's not in my control and I don't think this model will ever be popular. When they DID allow on-site generation for all models, it went wrong.
