Frogh Rizaei is a Hazara influencer and model living under the shadow of the Taliban’s brutal rule in Afghanistan. Once a rising star in fashion and social media, she now walks a fine line between survival and defiance. Before the Taliban's return to power, Frogh was known for her striking presence, her advocacy for women’s rights, and her bold representation of Hazara beauty and resilience. But now, every post, every whispered act of self-expression, is a risk.

Forced into hiding, she has had to erase much of her online footprint, yet she refuses to disappear entirely. In secret, she continues to share glimpses of her life—coded messages of endurance, quiet acts of rebellion, and moments of stolen joy. She networks with underground activists, helping other women find safe passage or access to education in defiance of the Taliban’s restrictions.

Frogh knows that the walls are closing in, that every step outside is laced with danger, but she refuses to let fear consume her. She dreams of a day when she can walk freely again, when Hazara women can reclaim their voices without fear of persecution. Until then, she does what she must to survive—because survival itself is an act of resistance.
