Mosaic Face Censor Illustrious

LoRa meant to gen images with faces mosaic censored. Very experimental at the moment. I haven't had a chance to really test it yet.

don't use tag Identity Censor if you don't want the black bar showing up on eyes.

Negative tags "face, eyes, nose, moth, lips," As well as using tags like "covered eyes, faceless," can help results.
