万相图生视频加速工作流(Fast I2V: Wan2.1 + Wan_fun 2-Stage Acceleration)

従来のワークフローでは、Wan2.1_I2V_14bモデルを直接使用して720p動画を生成しますが、処理に時間がかかるという課題があります。

本ワークフローでは、ステージングサンプリング戦略を採用し、動画生成効率を最適化して、処理速度を2倍以上に向上させています。

ステップ1：Wan2.1_I2V_14bモデルを使用して228pの基礎動画を生成します。

ステップ2：Wan2.1_fun_1.3bモデルを用いて解像度を拡大し、最終的に720pの高精細動画を出力します。

添付されたPNG画像にはワークフロー情報が隠されています。これをComfyUIのインターフェースにドラッグするだけで使用できます。

Original Workflow:

The conventional workflow directly utilizing the Wan2.1_I2V_14b model for 720p video synthesis suffers from prolonged processing times.

Optimized Workflow:

This pipeline implements a two-stage sampling strategy to enhance video generation efficiency, reducing the total processing time by over 50%:

Base Video Synthesis: The Wan2.1_I2V_14b model first generates a 228p foundational video sequence.

Resolution Enhancement: The Wan2.1_fun_1.3b model then performs temporally consistent super-resolution upscaling to deliver 720p high-definition output.
