Ingredients:

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of bacon grease (melted)

1/4 cup of sausage drippings

1/2 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup of whole milk

1 cup of crumbled bacon (extra greasy)

1 cup of ground sausage (uncooked)

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Pickle Frosting:

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of sweet pickle relish

1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of mustard

Dash of pickle juice for extra tang
