*EDGE's Drop Out style now for Illustrious LoRA

The reason I chose to release this as a separate version is because this LoRA is more focused on the specific visual style used in Drop Out, rather than the general style of the *EDGE studio.

Also, since it’s intended for a different type of Checkpoint, I thought it was best to keep it separate from the previous release.
