This LoRA was requested by @Hartmann_88. To be precise, he asked for Hoshiyomi, who is the boy part of this LoRA, and I decided I could just do his sister Tsukiyomi as well.

The main triggers are Hoshiyomi and Tsukiyomi.

Hoshiyomi is 1boy, crossdressing, femboy, male focus, blue eyes and Tsukiyomi is 1girl, red eyes, small breasts.

The main outfit is thighhighs, twintails, detached sleeves, garter straps, blonde hair, frills, ribbon, shirt, bow, zettai ryouiki, long sleeves, sleeveless, hair bow, skirt, hair between eyes, gothic clothing. Outside of the retarded Civitai censoring for advertiser compliance signaling, you'd say this is a gothic lolita outfit and can gen it as such.

This base dataset being HCG and H-anime, it had some gross censors, which may carry on to NSFW gens unfortunatey. I'd recommend the full censored, bar censor, mosaic censor package in negatives, and maybe even positive uncensored, because I still caught some unexpected ones if I didn't lay it on thick.
